Our Vision for Carrollton:
To create and maintain a highly regarded, safe, family-oriented, vibrant and attractive community with diverse development, a successful transit-oriented development (TOD) district and a wide variety of housing, culture, entertainment and leisure venues that provides a high quality of life; a community where the economic development and investment potential draw individuals and companies to do business in Carrollton.

I would like to thank the former and current City Council Members and Staff who put into play the opportunities that would make a difference for the city of Carrollton through their vision and hard work.

I would also like to thank the Citizens of Carrollton who have shown their faith in our vision through the elections over the years and...

A final thank you to our current Mayor Matthew Marchant for the expertise and Leadership he has brought to the table at a critical juncture in Carrollton.

  • Creation of Neighborhood Empowerment zones to promote redevelopment in Older areas of the city

  • Development of new homes plates in different areas of the city - price range $300,000 to $500,000
  • Redevelopment of aging areas of the city through NOTICE grants
  • Pursue purchase of aging apartments for future re-development – La Sombra & Crosby Creek.
  • 2013 Election for City Bonds approved by citizens
  • Reconstruction of Beltline Interchange at 35E to bring traffic over Railroad lines.
  • Negotiated New Overpass (Dickerson) from 35E into the Trinty Mills Station for future Office Park and Urban developement
  • Combined public safety communications and 9.1.1 center for Farmers Branch, Carrollton, Addison and Coppell located at Cyrusone in Carrollton
